Details
With the demonstration by CAE analysis, the all-steel welded machine bed is characterized by high strength and stability, excellent resistance to wear and corrosion thanks to a 600-degree heat treatment for internal stress relieving. The underlying hollow structure of laser machine bed is constructed with less heating area in mind to prolong its service life. Air assist system means blowing air from side to remove smoke, giving a clean work environment for metal processing.
The open type cutting table is equipped with ball transfer unit that enables workpieces to be loaded and unloaded from three sides, efficiently preventing sheet metal from being scratched.
Intelligent control unit supports remote control, the magnetic design of which provides high flexibility for operator to put and take at any time.

Monitoring and protection functions for laser system and servo motor are activated to assist operator in accessing to operation status and equipment failure, providing operator with great convenience for maintenance of fiber laser cutting machine.
