Warranty Policy
All the products except for the accessories and consumable products are warranted by BORTE under normal use for a period of one year after the date of purchase from BORTE.com.cn, unless otherwise stated, provided that BORTE accepts the product for return during the limited warranty period. BORTE may, at its option: (i) repair; (ii) replace; (iii) refund the amount paid by customer. Customer must return the product to BORTE and shall bear certain shipping costs according to actual situation. BORTE’s repair, replacement, or refund of amounts paid by customer for the products, shall be customer’s sole and exclusive remedy.
