Description

HJ350 is a kind of smelting-type mid-Mn mid-Si and mid-F flux. It appears brown to light-yellow glassy particlse with the mesh of 8-40(25-0.45mm)and 14-40(1.5-0.45mm). During the course of welding,either direct-current or alternating-current main can be adopted,and welding wires are connected to the positive electrode when the former is adopted. Its welding performance is excellent.


Usage&Cautions

● It can be used in the welding of low-alloy steel(such as16Mn, 15MnV,15MnVN,etc) structures in conjunction with welding wires(such as H08MnA,H10Mn2,H08Mn2Mo,etc).It is widely used in the welding of ships,boilers,high-pressure vessels,etc.The flux with fine particle size can be used in the fine-wire submerge-arc welding of thin plate structures.

● Impurities on the welding surface must be removed before welding,such as oil soil,moisture,iron rust,etc.
● The flux must be baked for 2 hours under the temperature of 300-400℃ before it is used.
