Product advantages
1. CD1 wire rope electric hoist adopts tapered motor with a load duration of 25%, and the motor adopts class B or class F insulation; The normal service life of all copper motor is up to 1 million times, and the brake is completely closed; The protection grade is IP44. 2. The reducer used is helical gear three-stage reduction. The gear and shaft are made of alloy steel after heat treatment. The box and cover are made of cast iron, with good shock absorption and reliable sealing.
3. For the outer cover of the rope reel, Q345 seamless steel pipe is selected for the inner reel, and the end of the wire rope is fastened by pressing plates and bolts to prevent the wire rope from getting entangled in the gearbox and motor, so as to ensure the safety of lifting.
