System: this system is a special NC operation system jointly developed by our company and Shanghai Jiaotong University, with strong operation reliability, rich functions, and easy operation.
All buttons/switches are designed in humanized way, which are comfortable, convenient and fast.
The core control system is formed with ARM and DSP special motor control chip.

3.Automatic height adjustment system for cutting torch
During the course of cutting, it is key to ensure cutting quality by keeping the constant distance between cutting mouth and workpiece, therefore, the different cutting modes use different height adjustment systems, so that different cutting process requirements can be met.
Arc voltage auto height-adjustment system: the cutting torch height can be automatically adjusted as per output voltage of plasma, therefore, it is only suitable for plasma cutting. Its working principle is that there is certain voltage between steel plate and electrode which is supplied to arc voltage auto height-adjustment system after collecting the voltage signal and being processed by voltage-division module. The system can send a rising or lowering signal to the motor after comparison with the set voltage to keep the set voltage is equal to the collected one, then the motor will stop running. Thus the auto height adjustment function for plasma cutting torch is realized.
