AWS E308L-16 (GB E308L-16) is a lime-titanium type electrode for welding ectra-low carbon stainless steels.The weld metal shows very good resistance to inter-crystal corrosion for the carbon content in it is ≤0.04%.All positions welding are good.Wilding of extra-low carbon stainless steel 00Cr19Ni10(e.g.304L).Also welding kf 0Cr18Ni0Ti stainless steel structurex,which working conditions need to be resistance corrosion and temperature is below 300℃.Mainly be used in equipment fabrication kf synthetic funicle,fertilizer,petroleum & chemical industry etc.Before welding , you are recommended to clear away impurities,such as oil,rust,moisture etc.,and bake at the temperature from 300℃ to350℃ for 1 hour.
