This all-position pipe automatic welding machine consists of four major parts: gas metal arc welding power source, gas metal wire feeding mechanism, magnetic welding trolley and welding control system.

1. Applicable pipe diameter: Above DN150mm
2. Applicable wall thickness: Above 5mm
3. Applicable materials: Stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, low-temperature steel, etc.

5. Magnetic welding trolley:
○ Driving wheel set: Two sets with four permanent magnetic wheels; Wheel set suction force: ≥50kg

○ Rotation accuracy: The center deviation is less than 0.5mm when rotating a full circle on a seamless steel pipe above DN150mm

6. Integrated multi-functional gas metal arc welding machine
This series of welding machines adopts inverter technology to convert 50/60Hz current into stable welding output current, and uses pulse width modulation (PWM) technology to obtain constant current characteristics and excellent welding process effects.
Operations available for this series of welding machines:
• The robot version power supply can be used with robots.
• Can be used with cloud platform group control system.
• Welding current, welding voltage and other parameters can be adjusted separately, or uniformly configured by JOB function.
• Suitable for welding various materials such as carbon steel and stainless steel.

The welding trolley is an economical welding head, suitable for long-distance pipeline welding and multi-layer welding of thick-walled pipes. It has a high degree of automation and greatly improves work efficiency.
Product Features: Split dual-drive wire feeder with stable wire feeding; Welding parameter segmentation device to adapt to welding requirements of flat welding, upward climbing welding, vertical welding and overhead welding positions; Suitable for multi-layer welding of thick-walled pipes; Realizes electric adjustment of current, welding speed, wire feeding speed, arc length, oscillation parameters and welding torch height during welding.
