High negative pressure welding smoke purifier

The high negative pressure welding smoke purifier is a smoke removal and dust removal equipment for gas shielded welding.

It is used in conjunction with an environmentally friendly smoke welding gun. When welding, you only need to move the smoke welding gun, and the air intake port will also move synchronously to collect welding smoke directly from the source and enter the dust collector box through a hose.

The smoke and dust fall directly into the drawer through the inertial collision of the guide plate and large particles of dust.

The dust-containing gas passes through the filter cartridge from the outer surface of the filter cartridge, and the dust is blocked by the filter cartridge on its surface.

The purified air is discharged through the fan. The blocked dust is continuously deposited on the surface of the filter cartridge.

When the equipment resistance reaches the set value, the differential pressure sensor issues a command to clean the filter cartridges one by one through pulse backblowing, and clean the dust in the drawer every shift. Users can choose to use one-to-one, one-to-two or one-to-multiple according to their needs. It can also use a universal air intake port to match the girth welder and the robot automatic welding machine.
