• Flux Comprehensive Proccessing Machine is a stuff-suction device that is consisted of stuff sucker, bucket and fan. The screening device that is consisted of turbine decelerator screen pot and electromotor, together with drying inner-gall, dust-collector and tubular heater three mdajor parts form up the whole flux comprehensive processing machine.
• During the operation, the leftover flux is inhaled into(reclaiming)bucket by stuff sucker and then runs into screen pot in the screening device via the outlet of stuff barrel to be screened. After the dust, welding slag and other impurity contained in flux has b een eliminated, they will be transported into drying cabinet, The dried and processed flux can be re-used in welding.
• New flux can be directly taken into the cabinet for drying by the stuff sucker in drying device, and there is no necessary to start the reclaiming device and screening device.
