Common Basic Operations

Coaxiality directly determines the quality of the cutting process,Poor coaxiality results in uneven cutting performance on steel plates, with one side cut smoothly while the other exhibits defects.

Adjustment of Optical Path Coaxiality (Center Point) for Lasers Above 750W (700W)

1. First, prepare transparent tape and turn off the optical shutter.

2.Attach the transparent tape beneath the nozzle

3..Activate the optical shutter and trigger a laser pulse (follow below video)

Troubleshooting: If the burnt spot on the tape varies in size, check:

Consistency of test conditions (power settings, ambient environment).

Tightening of the focusing lens.

Normal Condition: A small, distinct burn mark should appear at the center of the tape, indicating proper alignment.

Misalignment Indication: If the laser beam hits the nozzle wall instead of passing through the orifice, no visible spot will appear on the tape.
