Your complaints or comments will improve our service and management. Please first contact your service specialist for resolving your complaints. It’s our company’s policy that he or she will response your complaints within one working day. If there are no any response from your service specialist for more than one working day or you’re not satisfied with the service specialist’s response, you can forward your complaints to our service department by email: service@borte.com.cn or by fax: 0086 574 56708454.
